HOURS OF OPERATION

We are open from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily at all centers. Main office hours are 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. 

IS SNACK SERVED?

Yes! We serve a healthy snack after school five days a week with a hot snack served on Friday.

HOW DO I ADD MY INFORMATION TO THE WAITING LIST?

Submit your information on our contact form or contact the main office at 403-289-8223 to apply.

HOW DO I PAY?

Payment is handled through an online Electronic Funds Transfer system called Rotessa. Your details will be taken when your child is registered for our program.

DO YOU SERVE CHILDREN WITH ADDITIONAL NEEDS?

Yes! Pleasant Heights After School is an inclusive program!

WHAT IS THE WAITLIST?

Our program often hits maximum capacity so joining our waiting list is the only way to ensure that your child will be considered for care with Pleasant Heights After School Care Assoc.

DO YOU HAVE DROP IN?

We do not have a drop in program but our PHAS 3 location does have a part time option.

DO YOU HAVE A SUMMER PROGRAM?

Our summer program operates out the Mount Pleasant Community Centre for all of July and August.

WHAT SCHOOLS DO YOU SERVE?

We currently serve King George School, St. Joseph’s School, and Panorama Hills school.

CAN I APPLY FOR SUBSIDY?

Yes! PHAS is a licensed program, and our families are able to apply for subsidy.

DO YOU PROVIDE TRANSPORTATION?

No. PHAS only provides transportation for field trips. There is no daily transportation to or from the centers.
We believe that all children deserve to be cared for in an environment where their individual needs are met, where their developmental milestones are achieved and where their sense of self worth is validated.
