Our childcare centres are open Monday to Friday from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm. The main office is open Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
We serve three schools in northwest Calgary: King George, St. Joseph, and Panorama Hills schools.

Our childcare programs are in high demand and are often at maximum capacity. We manage a waitlist for our centres and offer childcare spots first come, first served, dependent on availability. Please contact the PHAS Main Office or submit your information using the online contact form to be added to the waitlist.
Program fees for childcare services are due at the beginning of each month. Fees are debited from your bank account automatically when payments are due. Automatic payment is setup when your enroll your child at one of our three childcare locations.
Yes, eligible families can apply to the Government of Alberta for childcare subsidies to offset the cost of childcare. Affordability grants are also provided directly to operators such as PHAS so that the cost of childcare can be reduced. Eligible parents do not need to apply to benefit from grant fee reductions.
Yes, we offer a healthy and nutritious snack to the children every afternoon.
Yes, Pleasant Heights After School is an inclusive childcare organization.
We do not offer drop-in childcare. Part-time childcare is offered at the Panorama Hills location only. Part-time care is not available at the King George or Mount Pleasant locations.
Yes, we operate a summer program for children in kindergarten to Grade 6 in July and August at the Mount Pleasant Community Centre.
We do not provide daily transportation to or from the childcare centers. Transportation is provided for all offsite field trips.
